The Bellwether Community Credit Union is a member of the SUM program, a selective surcharging program managed by the NYCE Network. Program members agree to pool designated ATM resources and allow other members to use them for free, passing the savings onto cardholders in the form of no-surcharge ATMs. The SUM program provides BCCU members with access to over 2,500 no-surcharge ATMs throughout New England.
