CALL24 is a free audio response system that allows you to manage your finances right from your telephone.
With any touch-tone phone and a Personal Identification Number (PIN(Personal Identification Number) A secret number that gives you access to your accounts.), you can transfer funds between accounts, check account balances, and review your transaction history. Simply call (800) 662-2501. For your convenience, CALL24 is available 24/7.

Set-Up Instructions for New Users
The first time you use CALL24 to access your account, you will be prompted to establish a PIN(Personal Identification Number) A secret number that gives you access to your accounts. for each account suffix (00, 63, etc.). For example suffix "00" will need to be registered separately from suffix "63".
PINs for different suffixes can be identical to each other or distinct. To establish a PIN(Personal Identification Number) A secret number that gives you access to your accounts., you will first be prompted to enter the last four digits of the primary member's social security number.
For example, if your member number is 1234 and you wish to inquire on the balance of your checking account, select the appropriate option from the menu and enter 1234 as your member number and 63 as your two digit suffix. You will then be prompted to set up a PIN(Personal Identification Number) A secret number that gives you access to your accounts. for suffix 63 by entering the last four digits of the primary member's social security number. If you then wish to get the balance on your primary savings, you will be prompted to set up a PIN(Personal Identification Number) A secret number that gives you access to your accounts. for your suffix "00" as well.
